Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is inviting online applications for National Eligibility Test (NET). CBSE is conducting NET on 27th December, 2015 on behalf of UGC. Every year University Grants Commission (UGC) holds National Eligibility Test (NET) popularly known as UGC NET 2 times in June and December every year in Social Sciences, Languages and in 99 subjects to grant Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Lectureship. Candidates selected for Lectureship will be eligible for lecturer and Assistant Professor Jobs in various degree colleges and Universities. Besides that they get fellowship to do M.Phil. & Ph.D. Courses.CBSE (UGC) NET Examination Date: 27th December, 2015
Age Limit: 28 years for JRF, no age limit for Lectureship
Educational Qualifications: post-graduation or equivalent with at least 55% marks. Candidates studying their final year P.G can also apply for UGC NET.
How to apply: Candidates found themselves eligible for the above test and interested in faculty jobs have to apply online only through the CBSE NET Online website:www.cbsenet.nic.in by the last date 1st November, 2015. There is no need to send the printed application form to the CBSE Office.
