Sailors Jobs Requisites
Age limit: born between 1st August, 1995 to 31st July, 1999
Educational Qualifications: 10+2 or equivalent with Maths and Physics. Besides this the candidates should have studied at least one subject i.e. Chemistry, Biology and Computer science in 10+2.
Pay Scale of Indian Navy Sailor Posts
During training period they will be paid Rs.5700/- as stipend. Upon successful completion of training period a Sailor will be placed in Rs.5200 – 20200 + GP Rs.2000/- + MSP Rs. 2000/- in Indian Navy.

Selection Process of Nausena Sailors:
The selection of Sailor Jobs in Indian Navy is done through three stages i.e. Written Test, Physical Efficiency Test and Medical Test. After passing through three stages they will be selected for Sailor Training course. There will be 22 weeks training in INS Chilka and Other Naval Training Establishments.
