Job Description:

Profile 1: Personal Banker

- Relationship Management for a Portfolio of customers and providing Customer service 
- Responsible for Cross Sell & enhancing relationship with existing customers and walk in customers
- Selling of Investment products like Mutual Fund, Insurance & Current account & Saving account 
- Managing Operations like A/c opening, Fixed Deposit, Lockers, and Forex etc 
- Generation of referrals from internal database 
- Report Generation & filing 
- Review all critical reports, monitor cash levels, fraud control, etc 
- Branch administration & ATM (onsite) management 
- Branch Operations and Audit Compliance

Profile 2: Trainee Debt Management

- Outbound Call Management 
-> To lead and manage an Outbound Tele calling Team addressing portfolio delinquency at the nascent stages and deliver high level customer service in the pursuit of Unit goals
- Inbound Call Management 
-> To devise strategies and approaches to effectively manage interactions with customers who call into the bank in response to outreach programs
- Non Voice channels 
-> To implement & recommend timing and nature of non-voice communication with customers
- People Management 
-> To lead and direct a large and diverse team of telecallers with a focus Improving productivity and sustaining high levels of performance
- Monitoring & Tracking 
-> To develop, implement and understand productivity and efficiency MIS used by the unit

Skills Required:
- Should possess strong leadership traits 
- Strong negotiation and communication skills 
- Analytical and informed decision making skills 
- A flexible and adaptable temperament is preferred 
- A strong bias for achievement is preferred
