Job Description :

Skill Sets: Human Resource Trainee

Responsible for full life cycle of recruitment and selection process.

Screen, short list candidates sourced through portals (Naukri, Monster etc) and validate them on their experience and interest on the role

Handle direct, social media channels

Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits

Arrange interviews and co-ordinate with the management

Understand their competencies & skill sets, make them understand the job profile

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Basic knowledge in data mgt (excel) - Microsoft Office (should know basic excel)

Should come with Positive attitude, confident, good communication skills, flexible to shifts & target oriented.

Should be able to manage multiple tasks.

Should be target oriented/Capable of handling work pressure
