Educational Qualification for Hindustan Petroleum
- Operation Technician – Candidate should have a diploma in Chemical Engineering.
- Boiler Technician – Applicants should have a diploma in Mechanical Engineering. First Class Boiler Competency Certificate.
- Moreover, the candidates who are with a higher qualification like an Engineering, AMIE, etc are not considered and should not apply.
Age Limit
The candidates should satisfy the age limit as on May 1, 2017. Below are the details of Age criteria set by the Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited.
- Minimum age – 18 years.
- Maximum age – 25 years.
- The age relaxation for SC/ ST – 5 years.
- OBC – 3 years.
- PWD – 10 years.
- PWD of SC/ ST – 15 years.

HPCL Salary / Payscale
