Job Description 

• Analyzing the job description for the assigned position which is shared by the Business Development Managers.

• Sourcing the profiles from job boards, professional networks, referrals which best matches with the requirement.

• Conducting the initial screening for the profiles.

• Conducting Telephonic screening to assess technical and communication skills of the candidate.

• Modifying the profiles as per the internal company requirements.

• Forwarding the best suitable profiles to the manager for submission.

• Scheduling and coordinating the interviews for the candidate with the client.

• Follow up with the candidate for further process till the candidate select/reject in the process.
