Job Description

Responsible for coordinating all the administration leading to the training courses, which would include printing, stationary, training props. Handling internal communication and coordinating with diff.
dept. maintaining files and corresponding with internal & external trainers Trainers, Empanelled Trainers, and any other personnel in the team.
Maintain the Master training Calendar / Tech chart and publish the schedule daily.
Responsible for planning, organizing and implementing the training requirements Feedback collection & evaluation to be sent to respective people Be a single point contact for complete program co-ordination with the internal & external trainers and Adecco -LHH Ensure smooth execution of training delivery Distribution of course material Keeping a track of the course material, training books, training props MIS format
1)Should have at least 0-1+ Years of experience in training or office co-ordination.
2) Candidates should be having sound knowledge of MS Office- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook and internet.
3) Good communication and presentable skills.
4) Can join immediately.
5) Willing to work with different teams.
