Information on Group ‘Y’ (Indian Air Force Security) trades
Pay and Allowances for Airman: the selected candidate will get Rs.11,400/- during training period. After successful completion of training an Airman in Group ‘Y’ (Indian Air Force Security) trade salary will be Rs. 20,500/- per month (approximately) which, in subsequent years, may rise up to Rs. 38,720/- per month (approximately). Special allowance {IAF(S)} @ Rs. 10,500/- per month on completion of training.
Age Limit: Born between 1st Feb 1996 to 31st May 1999
Educational Qualifications: Passed Intermediate / 10+2 / Equivalent Examination in any stream / subjects approved by Central / State Education Boards with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English. OR (ii) Passed Two years Vocational Course affiliated/recognised by CBSE / State Education Boards / Councils duly recognised at par with 10+2 by Association of Indian Universities (AIU) with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in Vocational Course or in Intermediate/ Matriculation, if English is not a subject in Vocational Course
Physical Standards: Height 152.5 CMs
Information on Group ‘X’ (Education Instructor) Trades
Pay and Allowances for Airman: the selected candidate will get Rs.11,400/- during training period. After successful completion of training an Airman in Group ‘X’ Technical trade salary will be Rs. 25,780/- per month (approximately) which, in subsequent years, may rise up to Rs. 54,360/- per month (approximately).
Age Limit:
Educational Qualifications: Graduate in Arts or Commerce or Science with B.Ed Degree or Two years teaching experience in a Government recognized School/College, with minimum 50% marks in aggregate in Graduation as well as B.Ed. OR (ii) Passed MA English (or) M.Sc in Mathematics or Physics or Computer Science (or) MCA with B.Ed Degree or Two years teaching experience in a Government recognized School/College.
Physical Standards: Height 152 CMs
