Shift Timings – 6.00 PM to 4.00 AM
IST Location - Hyderabad
Job Description:
1. Working on End to End recruitment process
2. Sourcing candidates through various sources “ job portals, social network and head hunting
3. Posting and advertising the jobs on various sites
4. Preliminary screening/ conduct first level telephonic interview /short listing the right profile against the given requirement
5. Schedule interviews with different levels / clients and follow up for the feedback
6. Follow up with shortlisted candidate till them on-board
Mandatory skills:
* Good Communication skills- both verbal and written.
* Maintain ongoing relationships with clients,
* Must be able to work in a team Mode of Interview: Face to Face
