Good News for Central Government Employees and Pensioners. The central government has raised the Dearness Allowances by 6% on the Basic Pay. With this the present 113% Dearness Allowance reached to 119%. It will be implemented from 1st July, 2015. With this raise in DA near about 50 lakh central government employees and 56 lakhs pensioners we be benefitted. The dearness allowance is reviewed once in 6 months. As per the current review the DA is decided to be raised upto 119%, declared our finance minister Mr. Arun Jaitly on Wednesday.
