Senior PHP/WordPress/Joomla Developer Job Description We have an opening for web developer in PHP/WordPress/Joomla with 6+ yrs of experience. Knowledge,Skills and Abilities:
•Experience of object oriented programming / modular programming •Must be excellent in CMS like, WordPress, Joomla, MYSQL, OS-Commerce, Magento, Drupal etc..,•Front-end development including sound knowledge on, JavaScript, JQuery & Ajax
•Experience working with rapid development frameworks (CakePHP primarily, Zend, Syphmony, Ruby on Rails, etc)
•Experience implementing standards based websites built for accessibility, SEO and interactivity
•Experience working with social network API's (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Flickr, etc)
•Exceptional understanding of and practice using Object Oriented Coding principles
•Flexibility to juggle multiple projects while being able to solve problems independently, adapt to quickly changing priorities, maintain a high-level of work under pressure, and deliver on required timelines
•Enjoy working both in teams and independently as required by the projects and tasks at hand
•Superior attention to detail and a strong ability to Q/A one's own work required
•Understanding of MVC design patterns and frameworks
•Experience of the full software development lifecycle: from requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to development, testing and delivery Smarty templating
•Commercial experience in Web Application development and / or software development
•Knowledge of the Linux command line Skill Set
•In Depth knowledge of Wordpress & Joomla API
•PHP / MySQL For Wordpress Themes Plugins Development
•XHTML / CSS / HTML5 / CSS3 / JS/ jQuery / Ajax / PHP
•Responsive Design
•Custom Post Types / Custom Taxonomies / Custom Meta Boxes / Theme Options Panels / Shortcodes
•Using Wordpress as CMS
•Experience in resolving cross-browser compatibility issues
