* Australian Process with permanent shift from 3:00 am to 12:00 pm.

2. Job Description:
We are looking for Technical Support Executives who are ambitious, passionate and gain real satisfaction in delivering outstanding service. They will be part of a team that provides 1st and 2nd Line desktop /remote support tasks from a remote location.
*The environment supported by the team is quite complex with multiple domains and networks.
*The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, organised and able communicator in English (both written and verbal), and has extensive experience in desktop, laptop, mobile and server support, and is able to determine the urgency and impact of a request.

Function demands and job qualification:

*Customer Service experience with 2 years of Technical Support, preferably with an international company.
*High level of competence in Windows 7 / 8.1, MS Office 2013, Exchange Server 2010, Windows Server 2008 /2012 R2, Printers and MAC OS, and the ability to resolve general issues with these packages.
Experience of CISO Switches, Routers, VOIP Phones.
*Strong skills in hardware components and troubleshooting.
*Strong knowledge of in Active Directory, File and Folder security, DNS, DHCP, and networking infrastructures.
*Knowledge of ITIL processes is preferred.
