Job Responsibility:
Role is to study the spend data of clients in the indirect space, identify the savings opportunities, negotiate with suppliers and drive savings by leveraging the market conditions and by implementing the right strategy. This also involves working with the Sourcing & category buyers across all regions.
1. Analyze spend data of clients.
2. Analyzing the market and commodity trends.
3. Strategize the approach for negotiation.
4. Right supplier selection.
5. Performing supplier negotiations along with the regional teams.
6. Work out phases for deployment of savings initiatives.
7. Also, Working in close tandem with category experts & sourcing folks to come out of action plan on opportunities.
8. Supplier & stake holder Management.
9. MIS
Essential skills:
1. Strong market knowledge and expertise in price benchmarking.
2. Strong knowledge in RFX management.
3. Good knowledge of contract management and contract negotiation.
4. Excellent analytical skills.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Excellent negotiation skills.
7. Exposure to international clients.
