Indian Coast Guard is one of the wings of Indian Defence System which protects Indian Maritime Boarder. It comes under defence department under the Ministry of Defence and was established in 1978 to secure the coastal areas from intruders, smugglers and other illegal activities.

Indian Coast Guard Naviks Recruitment 2015 Details

Navik (General Duty) 10+2 Entry

Pay Scale            : Rs. 5200-20200 + GP 2000

Age Limit            :  18 to 22 years (Born between 1^st Feb 1994 to 31^st Jan 1998)

Educational Qualifications: 10+2 or equivalent with not less than 60% marks aggregate (Maths & Physics)

Application Process: Applicants found themselves eligible for the Indian Coast Guard Navik (General Duty) posts can visit www.joinindiancoastguard.gov.in from 6^th July to 13^th July, 2015 and apply online. After online application the candidates should note down the application number for future reference and reprint admit cards. The admit cards can be downloaded from the web link http://joinindiancoastguard.gov.in/reprint.aspx from 31st July, 2015 onwards.
